INdividual Skills TRaining


The Individual Skills Training programs are designed to give players individual attention to target specific basketball skills and help a young athlete improve and expand their skillset. Individual workouts are done at a high intensity requiring an athletes physical and mental effort. The purpose of this program is to give players the tools through individual attention, repetition of skills, and expanding knowledge in order to help athletes develop higher levels of confidence and in-game success.

Cost (Includes Gym Rental)










Driveway training cost = $70 per session

– A Coach comes to your house or local outdoor court to do the session.

♦ The Individual Skills Training programs are designed for athletes at the Intro to Sports Training, Learn to Play, or Train to Compete stages in their careers.
