Aaron brings a rare skill-set of converting the knowledge he’s learned as a professional athlete into laying the foundations for a successful business model that will bring strong leadership skills to the management team. His basketball career spans over 21 years where he has succeeded at every level of his career and still managing to complete his Bachelor of Science Degree in 2016 from McMaster University.

While at McMaster, Aaron played point guard for the McMaster Marauders where he currently holds numerous all time records such as Top 10 in scoring, 1st in steals, and 2nd in assists to name a few. From being a member of the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) All Rookie Team in 2011 to making it to the OUA All Star Team in 2014, Aaron has always played at a very high level. It’s this high level of playing that helped him achieve National Basketball League’s (NBL) All Canadian Honors for the 2018-2019 NBL Canada season.

Aaron was recruited overseas to play in Spain’s LEB Plata League for CB Zamora while in the off season he worked with numerous (current) NBA players & coaches learning all aspects of playing and coaching at the highest levels. These experiences gave him the opportunity to build the “Purpose Driven Mentality Academy” as well as managing the Oakville Basketball Club, one of the longest running clubs in Ontario. Aaron’s strong leadership skills and self-discipline on and off the court will ensure the success of the Nucleus Sports Group.
